Virtual Video Chats are here to stay…. Our 2021 Q3 Virtual Fair results show a 213% increase in chat sessions compared with Q2.

Q3 has been all about the chats as we have seen a 213% increase in virtual fair chats and a new record of over 32,000 mins of live video chats streamed in a single day. The use of video chat streams will continue to boom as it becomes a vital cog of candidate engagement toolkits.

Clients had the chance to use our new booth designs and raved about their cutting-edge look and the ease of customisation of features. We implemented note-taking and live candidate scoring which can be downloaded, creating greater efficiency for employers. One of the most exciting results from Q3 comes from a client who used data from previous fairs together with the full virtual fair platform features to make 34 job offers within 5 days from the end of the fair. We were proud of these performance datapoints as it was unheard of even for in-person recruitment.

This outstanding Q3 performance once again highlights the result of our continuing commitment to providing a service-first platform; developing immersive, and engaging environments with new features to support our clients as they evolve and streamline their online engagement strategies. It is encouraging to see more and more clients using our virtual fair platform for other corporate initiatives like Learning & Development and Networking other than Careers and Recruitment.
